Production before shipping
Custom blends are made to order. Typical timeline: formulation review (1–2 business days) → production and quality control (2–4 business days) → shipment. We'll email you at each step. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Rates
Flat-rate shipping of [$6.95] applies to orders under [$75]; orders of [$75] or more ship free. Carrier-calculated rates and expedited options are planned. U.S. addresses only at launch.
Delays
If review or an ingredient's availability delays your order beyond the estimate, we'll notify you and offer changes or a full refund of unshipped items.

Contact support with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
