Shipping Policy

Because we don't keep custom blends on a shelf, each order is produced just for you. A typical order moves through these stages, with an email at each one:

• Formulation review (1–2 business days): our team confirms your blend can be made safely and consistently.
• Production & quality control (2–4 business days): your blend is prepared to your exact formula, quality-checked, and labeled.
• Shipment: we hand it to the carrier and send you tracking.

Most orders ship within about 5–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — a complex formula or a review question can add a little time, and we'll always tell you if it does.

Shipping is a flat $6.95 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

We ship to U.S. addresses at launch. Carrier-calculated and expedited options, plus additional destinations, are on our roadmap.

If review, an ingredient's availability, or a production issue pushes your order past our estimate, we'll email you with the reason and your options — including adjusting the formula or a full refund of any unshipped items. You're never left wondering where your order is.

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, email support@supplementsmith.com with your order number and a photo (if there's visible damage) within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund it. See the Returns Policy for more.
