Returns Policy

Custom products

Because each blend is manufactured to your personal formula, we can't accept returns of custom products for resale. That said, we stand behind what we make:

Wrong or defective product: if your order doesn't match your approved formula, arrives damaged, or has a quality defect, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
Formula rejected in review: you're refunded automatically for unshipped items.
Order cancellation: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production.

How to start

Email support with your order number. Do not ship products back unless we ask — for safety and traceability reasons we often don't require physical returns.
