Returns Policy
Custom blends are personal — so returns work a little differently. Here's exactly what we can and can't take back.

- Formula not approved in review? You're refunded automatically.

01Why custom products are different#
Each blend is made to your personal formula and packaged for you. For safety and because it can't be resold, we can't accept an opened or unwanted custom product back for a refund the way a store would with a sealed retail item. That said, we stand firmly behind what we make — the exceptions below cover the situations that actually matter.
02What we always make right#
- Wrong or defective product: if your order doesn't match your approved formula, arrives damaged, or has a quality defect, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged in transit: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
- Formula rejected in review: if we can't approve your blend for production, you're refunded automatically for the unshipped items.
- Cancellation: contact us as soon as possible — orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins.
03How to start a return or claim#
Email support@supplementsmith.com with your order number (SS-7KQ4P2) and a short description — plus a photo if something arrived wrong or damaged. Please don't ship anything back unless we ask you to; for safety and traceability reasons we usually don't need the physical product returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we process them.
