How do I know how much of each ingredient to choose?+

Each ingredient shows a serving range set during our internal review, with a sensible default. These ranges are formulation constraints, not medical advice — for personal guidance, talk with a qualified healthcare professional.

Why did the builder say my blend works better as a powder?+

Capsule feasibility is computed from real volume: each ingredient's mass divided by its measured density, plus excipients and manufacturing tolerance. When a daily serving would need more capsules than our per-serving limit, we recommend powder instead — and we don't allow overriding that limit.

Can I order an ingredient I don't see in the catalog?+

Not yet. Every ingredient must pass identity, regulatory, and quality review before it can be sold. You can suggest ingredients through the contact page and we'll add them to our review queue.

What are the 'other ingredients' on my label?+

Capsule shells (gelatin or vegetarian HPMC), flow agents needed for consistent filling, and any flavor or sweetener system you chose. They're always declared.

How long does my order take?+

Typically 5–7 business days: payment → formulation review → production → quality control → shipment. You'll get email updates at each step. Review happens before production, always.

What if my formula isn't approved?+

Occasionally our reviewers can't approve a formula as designed — for example, a combination that needs adjustment for manufacturability. We'll email you an explanation, help you adjust, and you won't be charged for unshipped items.

Do you offer subscriptions?+

Not yet — a replenishment option is planned. For now, reordering a saved blend takes two clicks from your account.

Is my formula private?+

Your formulas are part of your account data. We don't sell them, and we treat them as personal purchase data. See our privacy policy for details.
